This is suppose to be a red hook esb clone. I'll see what it tastes like in a couple of weeks.

Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.060 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: .75 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.25 lb. Roasted barley
Steep: grains for 30 min at 155f
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.202 1.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
.5 lb. Belgian candi sugar
irish moss last 15 min of boil
Hops: 3.45 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
2.41 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1098
Carbonation: 1.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 1.18 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
