Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp gypsum
Grain: 2 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: steep roasted barley until water boils
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.120 2 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp irish moss last 15 min of boil
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: liquid ale yeast
Log: 7 days primary 10 days secondary
Carbonation: 1.5 cups dme
Tasting: great recipe if you like it bitter
