Third Round ESB

Simple, light ESB session beer. Based off of Another Round ESB - slight mods and new yeast.

OG: 1.048 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: FiveStar 5.2 and campden tablets in all brewing water.
Grain: 18 lb. British 2-row
1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
2 lb. Flaked corn
Mash: 65% efficiency
Single infusion @ 1.25 qt/gal, 151F for 60 minutes. Mashout at 170F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 12 gallons
Irish moss 15 minutes before end of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 45 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham
