First attempt at a all-grain operation. Not bad if I do say so myself.

Bitterness: 65 IBU
OG: 1.045 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp gypsum
Grain: 9 lb. 0 oz. American 2-row
1 lb. 0 oz. American crystal 120L
Mash: 62% efficiency
Mash all grain @ 156°F for 90 minutes in 2.5 gallons H20
Sparge with 4 gallons of 170°F h20.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.035 6.5 gallons
1 tsp Irish Moss for last 10 minutes
Hops: 3 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: American Ale 1056 Wyeast
