Just trying my hand at a clone of New Belgium 1554 (just by wild guess.

7 lb. British pale
8 oz. American victory
4 oz. Belgian biscuit
4 oz. nocturnal
4 oz. Belgian Special B
Mash: 65% efficiency
strike at 153 to 158°F 3 gal. hold at that range for 1 hour. collect 1 gal sweet wort, mash out with 170+ gallon at a time until 4.5 gals are collected.
Boil: 1 hour minutes SG 1.054 4.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Citra (12% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Citra (aroma)
.25 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
