0 lb. 4 oz. Belgian aromatic
0 lb. 4 oz. American crystal 20L
0 lb. 4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
0 lb. 4 oz. British Carastan light
0 lb. 12 oz. Corn (raw)
0 lb. 12 oz. Oats (raw)
0 lb. 12 oz. Rice (raw)
Mash: 73% efficiency
Add oats,corn,and rice to 1 gallon 150 °water for 30 minutes,then slowly bring to boil
Mash In 2 gallons/150 °water/138 °rest/15 minutes
Add 1 gallon/170 °water/146 °rest/30 minutes
Add Cereal mash mix/158 °rest/30 minutes
Mash Out 1 gallon 212 °/168 °rest/15 minutes
Recirculate 3 gallons
Sparge 30 minutes to collect 6.5 gallons
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.037 6.5 gallons
Irish Moss @ 10 minutes
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (7.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (aroma)
Yeast: 2 packs Safale 04 rehydrated in 1 pint cooled wort
Log: Melanoidin was used instead of crystal 20
Carahell was used instead of carastan
