My Rye

Haven't brewed this yet but planning on using the BIAB method.

Beer: My Rye Style: American Pale Ale
Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
17 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 43 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Boiling time is 60 minutes after a 60 minute mash at 155.
Grain: 6 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Wheat malt
8 oz. American Vienna
8 oz. American crystal 60L
8 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
1 lb. 8 oz. Flaked rye
Mash: 75% efficiency
I'm using the brew in a bag method for this beer. I plan on mashing at 155 for 60 minutes. Then bringing the temp up to 170 before removing the grains. This will be 2nd BIAB batch.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 6.5 gallons
Use 1 tsp of Irish Moss in the final 15 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.0% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (5.00% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (5.00% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: I'm planning on using Wyest 1056 American Ale. However, Nottingham could be used.
Carbonation: Bottle conditioned
