American Pale Ale 2.2

An improved version on an all nugget pale ale I brewed in April '10. Brew date: 5/4/10.

Bitterness: 49 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: R.O. water, no minerals added.
Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. German Vienna
1 lb. American crystal 60L
8 oz. Flaked barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
60 minutes at 154*F, 10 minute mash out at 168*F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.038 7.5 gallons
1 Wirfloc tab added 5 minutes prior to flameout, 1/2 tsp Wyeast yeast nutrient added 5 minutes prior to flameout.
Hops: .5 oz. Nugget (pellets) (13% AA, 60 min.)
.3 oz. Nugget (pellets) (13% AA, 15 min.)
.65 oz. Magnum (pellets) (12.8% AA, 10 min.)
1.2 oz. Cascade (pellets) (5.9% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (pellets) (aroma)
Yeast: One packet of US05, rehydrated.
Log: "Aroma" hop addition is a seven day dry hop.
Carbonation: Keg and force carbonate.
