Not Quite IPA

This was brewed on a labor-free, pump-driven system (unfortunately
not mine). The starting gravity was lower than expected, but I
am not worried. Dry-hop for more hoppiness?...

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
15 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 46 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: None
Grain: 7.63 lb. American 2-row
6.1 oz. American crystal 10L
6.1 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
0.76 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Mash: 72% efficiency
Mashed all grains 60 minutes at 152 °F.
Sparged with 170 °F water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 5.5 gallons
1 tablespoon irish moss boiled for 15 minutes.
Hops: 0.89 oz. Eroica (11.2% AA, 60 min.)
1.33 oz. Mt. Hood (3.9% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1275 (Thames Valley)
Log: Primary ferment: 3 days at 70 °F.
Secondary ferment: 7 days at 70 °F.
Bottle.
Carbonation: Prime with 1.25 cups of DME.
Tasting: Still conditioning, but looks great.
