Over the top sweet malty AIPA with major dry hop cascade aroma.

Bitterness: 82 IBU
OG: 1.082 FG: 1.022
Alcohol: 7.7% v/v (6.1% w/w)
Water: 1 teaspoon gyspum in both mash and sparge water.
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
3 lb. American 6-row
6 lb. Gambrinus pale
3 lb. Belgian Pilsner
3 lb. British pale
2 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. Gambrinus light Munich
1 lb. American victory
1.5 lb. Belgian aromatic
.5 lb. Honey malt
1 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
Mash: 90% efficiency
6 gallons water to raise temp to 153 for 45 min
Add 2 gallons water to raise temp to 157 for 30 min
Mash out at 170 till 12.5 gallons are collected.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.065 12.5 gallons
2 teaspoons Irish moss at 45 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 90 min.)
1.5 oz. Columbus (15.4% AA, 90 min.)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (6.7% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
8 oz. Cascade (aroma)
!!!1 last 5 min oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Burlingame Station Microbrewery yeast similar to Fullers ESB yeast.
Log: Dry hop primary one week with 4 oz cascade pellets.
Dry hop secondary two weeks with 4 oz cascade pellets.
