Gail Force Pale Ale

I wanted to make a nice session beer with medium hopiness. The wind was herendous so I decided to name this beer Gail Force Pale Ale.

Water: Tap water coming from Lake Norman, NC
Grain: 20 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Single infusion 152F for 1 hour. HERMS recirculation.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 12 gallons
Servomyces, wirflock at 15 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Magnum (14.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamtette (4.6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Perle (6.7% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (4.6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: American 1056
