where they sat for 20 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.062 5 gallons
5.14 lb. Light dry malt extract
3.9 oz. Amber dry malt extract
0.98 lb. Honey
I added 1 teaspoon of Irish Moss
at 45 minutes into the boil.

Yeast: I used WYeast's American Ale yeast.
Log: Brewed 29 Sept 2006;
Racked to secondary 9 October 2006;
Bottled 27 Oct 2006.
Fermented at 65-70°F.
Carbonation: Used 3/4C corn sugar to prime batch.
Tasting: At bottling this Ale is very two-toned : light hint of malt
in a medium mouthfeel & then a nice citrus nip at the end.
Not over the top either way, it looks to be highly drinkable.
I am curious to see if the honey flavor shows up at all.
