Triple B Buckeye Pale Ale

I decided at the last minute to brew this weeekend & this is what I had at the house to brew with.

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 30 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: carbon filtered.....1tsp Gypsum
Grain: 10 lb. 4 oz. British pale
4 oz. American crystal 60L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 64% efficiency
mash @ 151° for 60 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.038 7 gallons
Irish Moss & Yeast nutrient last 15 minutes
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (7.7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (7.7% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (7.7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: 1500mL starter with harvested 1056
Log: brewed 9-30-06....chilled to 74 with CFC
