Type: Extract w/grain Size: 6 gallons
Color:
17 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 25 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: -Crush & steep in 3/4 gal @ 150-160°F 30min
-Squeeze grain bag into water
-Bring to boil
-Add other ingredients + water up to 2.5 gal
-Return to boil
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.125 2.5 gallons
6.25 lb. Light dry malt extract
.5 lb. Wheat extract
This was a big whoops. I forgot to add a bunch of the extract on day 1, so here's the real schedule:

Day 1: 60 min 2.5 gal boil
-Water from steeped Crystal malt
-2.25 lb light DME
-.5 lb wheat DME
-.75 oz Cascade 60 min
-2 oz Tettnanger 60 min
-.25 oz Cascade 15 min
-.25 oz Willamette 15 min

Pitched yeast, then Day 2: 15 min 1 gal boil
-4 lb light DME
-2.5 oz Cascade

Put both in 6 gal carboy
Hops: .25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Tettnanger (4.3% AA, 60 min.)
2.75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale w/ 1 pint starter (directions from www.howtobrew.com)
Log: Add gelatin + 3 oz apricot beer flavoring to secondary
