This is a good everyday beer. Fruity with a hop note. This is a good one to dry hop with 1/8 oz. Mt. Hood.

.75 lb. Wheat malt
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 61% efficiency
1 hour at 156 degrees.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 6.0 gallons
1 tsp. Irish Moss at 10 min remaining.
Hops: .5 oz. Tettnanger (5.7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs: California Ale
Log: Brewed 7/30/98. Fermented 5 days at 78 degrees primay.Dry hopped with 1/8 oz. Mt. Hood. Fermented 7 days at 78 degrees secondary.
Carbonation: Force carbonated.
