I used a Munich Helles recipe with ale yeast

3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.045 FG: 1.006
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Grain: 15 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 72% efficiency
Single infusion at 152°
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.039 11.5 gallons
1 Tsp of Irish Moss
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (5.2% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (5.2% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: 1056 from the Turtle
Carbonation: 25 psi for 48 hours. 5-8 psi for serving.
Tasting: This is a great beer. Very light favor. Easy to drink. Loved by
a lot of regular beer drinkers. I made for a friend's birthday.
