Celebration Pale Ale

It's a dirty job but somebody needs to drink the beer.

Beer: Celebration Pale Ale Style: American Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
13 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. American crystal 40L
.75 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Brought water and grains to 165F. Let sit for about 15 minutes then raise temp slowly to about 180F. Take the grains out.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.113 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add 1 tsp Irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #1098 Britsh ale
