A qick and easy brew for summer enjoyment

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: Filtered tap water.
Grain: .5 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: steep grains at 150-160 for about 30 minutes in 1.5 gallons
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.183 1.5 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. Corn sugar
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (5.3% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs- California liiquid yeast
Log: Primary at around 70° for 7 days, racked to secondary with .5 oz fuggles for about 7 more days, kegged and force cabonated.
