Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp Gypsum
Grain: 8 oz. American Crystal 60L
5 oz. Malto-Dextrin
Steep: Steeped 1 lb of grain in 1/2 gallons of water
Maintained temperature between 150° and 157° for 30 minutes
Lautered then sparged to boil pot with 1.5 gallons of 150° water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.106 2.4 gallons
4 lb. Alexander's Pale Malt Extract
2 lb. Munton's Light dry malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss during the last 15 minutes of the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget Pellets (13.2% AA, 60 min.)
.6 oz. Perle Pellets (5.9% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade Pellets (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 - American Ale
Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Keg: 27.4 psi @ 60°F
