Potpourri Pale

I wanted to make a nice refreshing beer to drink. Turn out very good too.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.0 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 25 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: City water
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 10L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Boil: 50 minutes SG 1.094 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast American Ale #1056
Log: Brewed 8.14.01
Secondary 8.21.01
Kegged 8.28.01
Carbonation: Kegged at 30 psi for 2 days then served @ 7 psi.
Tasting: I enjoyed this beer very much. Next time I will add more hops earlier in the boil. It has a nice citrusy malty mixture. Each compliment each other. Makes you want more.
