Pale Ale V4.0

this is the next batch to be brewed real soon. when i have the extra scratch, i will add other hops to this recipe and that will be V4.2.0

Water: Giant spring water
Grain: 1 lb. British pale
.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: 45 min @ 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.076 4 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
1 tsp irish moss 15 mins
Hops: .5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Crystal /CJF haller. (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
.75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Crystal /CJF haller. (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1056
Log: primary for 7 days
secondary for 10 days ( add 1 oz cascade and oak chips)
Carbonation: 2/3 cups corn sugar boiled in 2 cups water
