This is my favorite American Pale Ale Recipe to date.

Bitterness: 55 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Water: Added 2 tsp. Gypsum to Mash.
Grain: 10 lb. American 6-row
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.5 lb. Torrified Wheat
Mash: 66% efficiency
Single Infusion Mash at 150 ° for 1 Hr 20 Mins.
Sparge with 170 ° Water for 1 Hr 15 Mins until 6 Gals. Collected.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6 gallons
1 Tsp. Irish Moss added with 20 Mins remaining.
Hops: 1 oz. Columbus (12.4% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale.

Carbonation: Bottled with 1 Cup of Corn Sugar.
