Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Adjust to balanced mineral profile as desired.
Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row
6 oz. Belgian biscuit
6 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
2 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 79% efficiency
Slightly high mineral spectrum. Maybe a beta rest, but want a slight protean turbidity with this one. I always add my flakes to mash liquor to well prep for enzymes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.056 5.5 gallons
Mabey yeast nutrient
Hops: 2 oz. Belma (10% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Belma (10% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Belma (10% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Belma (10% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Belma (aroma)
Yeast: Undetermined english type
