IPA XIII

I was browsing through the Cat's Meow one day and came accross Dave
Brockington's recipe for Sister Star of the Sun. Here's my
interpretation of an extract/pellet hop recipe that turned out quite
nicely.

14 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 65 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.8% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Grain: .25 lb. Wheat malt
.25 lb. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. Flaked barley
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.054 6 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
.6 lb. Brown sugar
Hops: 40g Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
25g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 10 min.)
14g Fuggles (aroma)
10g Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham Ale
