Dirty minded blonde ale

My friends wanted me to brew a lighter beer, Jokes on them.

Type: All grain Size: 12.5 gallons
Color:
5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 31 IBU
OG: 1.064 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: Other similar wanted some gypsum, but our water has high calcium so I didn't add any
Grain: 22 lb. British pale
2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 lb. Flaked rice
Mash: 75% efficiency
I used flaked rice which was a nightmare for sparging next time i will cook my own and not flake it.
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.059 13.5 gallons
Irish Moss last 10 min
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast amber ale 1272 started 650ml of dme 12hours before pitching
Log: ferment at 68+/- 5
Carbonation: 2.1 volumes Keg: 7.9 psi @ 40°F
I force carbonate at 30 psi for 2 days but the body of this beer has a natural head so be careful
