Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Grain: 24 lb. American 2-row
5 lb. British crystal 70-80L
Mash: 72% efficiency
Mashed @ 152-150°F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.059 13 gallons
Irish Moss last 15 minutes
Hops: 8 oz. Chinook (11.5% AA, 90 min.)
4 oz. Centennial (8.1% AA, 45 min.)
4 oz. Chinook (11.5% AA, 45 min.)
8 oz. Centennial (8.1% AA, 15 min.)
8 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1056
Log: Wort was so hopped, I could not pump it all into the frementer.
I yeilded about 10 gallons in frementer. Airated for 35 minutes.
Frement for 1 week.
Secondary dry hop 1 week.
Chill at 37° for 2-3 weeks.
Carbonation: Keg beer. 25 PSI for 48 hours. 5-7 PSI to serve.
