Red Fraggle Hopped Irish Ale

This is my first attempt at designing a recipe combining the
essentials of 2 of my favorite styles- IPA's and Irish Red's.
Put this in the experimental class.

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
34 HCU (~17 SRM)
Bitterness: 68 IBU
OG: 1.068 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Grain: 10 lb. TF Marris Otter Pale Ale
1 lb. Weyermann Carared
1 lb. British crystal 60L
4 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single Mash @ 152° for 90 min. (or until converted)
will add 1 tbs of PH balance to water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.058 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Honey
Irish Moss @ 15 min.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.4% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.4% AA, 45 min.)
1.0 oz. Fuggles (4.4% AA, 30 min.)
1.0 oz. Fuggles (4.4% AA, 15 min.)
1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 15 min.)
1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs #WLP004 Irish Ale
Carbonation: corn sugar @ bottling
