1 tsp irish moss
tsp cracked corriander
about 1 1/2 inch chunk of ginger choped and added in last 15 min of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: coopers ale
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.62 oz. for 6 gallons @ 67°F
