Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.045 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Grain: 200g Marris Otter pale ale
80g British amber
Steep: Steeped for 1hr 30mins to extract more sugars from
Marris Otter Pale Malt.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 10 liters
1.5kg Light malt extract
Hops: 5g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Safale Dryed Yeast
Log: Primary fermentation started on the 16/1/04. Secondary fermentation
started on the 23/1/04. 10 gm of Styrian Goldings added to secondary
fermentation for dry hopping.
