Grain: 20 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. 12 oz. American victory
1 lb. 12 oz. American crystal 20L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. Barley Hulls
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash at 147°F for 30 minutes, raise to 152°F for 30 minutes, raise to mash out
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.060 10.5 gallons
2 tabs whirlfloc at 15 min.
Hops: 0.8 oz. Columbus (18.3% AA, 60 min.)
0.8 oz. Chinook (16% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade Homegrown (6% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Columbus (18.3% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Chinook (16% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade Homegrown (6% AA, 5 min.)
