Oh My God, Becky

Iv'e never met her, but I'm sure this would be her response.

Beer: Oh My God, Becky Style: India Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
15 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 63 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Water: Burton Salts to taste.
Grain: 1 lb. British crystal 70-80L
Steep: In a pot: bring 3 quarts water just to a boil. Add grain (loose or in
a bag). Adjust to 150F and hold for 30 - 45 min. Rinse grains
(into brew kettle) with 5 quarts tepid water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.164 2 gallons
7 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Add Irish Moss at 50 minutes.
Hops: 6 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast London Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 1.8 volumes Keg: 5.5 psi @ 42°F
