Grain: 21 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
152' TILL CONVERTED
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.051 13 gallons
IRISH MOSS 1 TSP @ 15 MIN
Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (11.9% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (9.4% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: 5 gal with wyeast 1056

5 gal with wyeast 1098
Log: Primary for 6 days @ 68'
Secondary for 20 days @ 68'
Dry hop with 1 oz. Cascade and 1 oz. Centenial in each 5 gal.
Carbonation: 4oz. corn sugar in each 5 gal.
Carbonated for 10 days then chilled
Tasting: If you like hops, this ale is liquid sex. The hop flavor is full and complex with a dry finish. This is a great IPA. I am going to brew it again, and as of now I am not making any changes.
It is extreamly close to Siera Nevada's Celebration Ale.
