Alcohol: 7.5% v/v (5.9% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 10L
2 lb. 8 oz. British pale 2 row
Mash: 75% efficiency
Partial mash: add grains to 1 1/5 gallons cold water bring to 158 degrees then remove from heat & let stand 40 minutes. Sparge with 1 gallon 170 degree water.
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.123 3 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 3.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
2.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs English Ale Liquid Yeast
