Irish moss added last 10 mins. boil.
Hops: 86.2g Fuggles (4% AA, 90 min.)
22.5g Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Log: Ale transferred to cask and dry-hopped with 20g Cascades.
Bottled after 1 month.
Tasting: Very hoppy/dry.
