Alcohol: 10.1% v/v (7.9% w/w)
Water: Tap water with 1 TBS gypsum.
Grain: 16 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
1.3 qt/lb at 152° for 90 min. Decoction mash out. Fly sparge.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.069 8.0 gallons
1 lb. Turbinado sugar
1 lb. Corn sugar
Hops: 1 oz. Warrior (17% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Warrior (17% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Falconer's Flight (10.4% AA, 10 min.)
2 oz. Falconer's Flight (10.4% AA, 5 min.)
5 oz. Falconer's Flight (10.4% AA, 1 min.)
2 oz. Warrior (aroma)
4 oz. Falconer's Flight (aroma)
Yeast: U.S.-05
Log: 10 days primary at 62°. Transfer to secondary and add 2 oz Warrior dry hops (listed as aroma). After 2 days add 4 oz FF dry hops (listed as aroma). After 3 days, cold crash and keg.
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 9.0 psi @ 45°F
