Oak IPA

This my attempt at an IPA which is as close to the original as possible. I plan on adding toasted oak chips to the secondary along with dry hops for an extended amount of time.

17 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 58 IBU
OG: 1.069 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Grain: 10.7 lb. British pale
1.07 lb. Belgian biscuit
0.53 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Add 4 gals of 172° water to the 10 gallon Gott cooler with the perforated bottom and cheesecloth. The aim is for 152° for 60 minutes. Sparge with 2.5 gals of 170 and slowly fill kettle (over 30+ minutes) to 6+ gallons.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.058 6.0 gallons
add Irish Moss tablet @ 45 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: WLP 005 with starter.
