Sparged with 15.8 quarts 170F water
OG readings taken after sparge indicated mash efficiency of 65%.
This would have resulted in an OG in the high 60's. Some extract
mysteriously disappeared between this point and the final reading
of 1.056
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 5.5 gallons
