Orange Coriander Pale ale

I made a lemon version of this ale, and almost became a full time drunk. Goes down real easy!

Beer: Orange Coriander Pale ale Style: English Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
12 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.7% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Water: 1/2 oz od water crystals
Grain: 1.00 lb. American crystal 10L
Steep: Steep crystal malt at 150 degrees for 5 mins, bring to 170 degrees and hold for 25 mins , rinse grain with a quart of 170 degree water
Boil: 60+ minutes SG 1.103 3 gallons
8.00 lb. Light malt extract
After steeping the grains, I boils my hops with out adding my extract. I pur my last hop bag in with my extract at the last 15 mins. waited for the boil, then timed 15 mins from that point. The color is light, no carmalization . although the hops is utilized much more and could make your beer more bitter thaan you would wish.. I love it!
Hops: 1.00 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.50 oz. Perle (7% AA, 60 min.)
1.00 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Whitbread from Wyeast "XL"
Log: Steeped 1 oz of Crushed Coriander at last 10 mins of boil.
Will Dry Hop 1 oz orange peel in primary Fermantor.
Carbonation: will use 2/3 cups of corn sugar for prime
