Mash for 90 minutes at 148°
Used Crisp Maris Otter malt for pale malt
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.039 6.75 gallons
Added .5 oz. Kent Golding (aroma) addition with 5 minutes left in boil
Used hopback for final 1.5 oz. Mt. Hood aroma hops
Hops: .333 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
