dew drop ale

this beer is designed to be an easy drinker,it should have a nice long lasting frothy head..im useing wyeast 1098....i plan on dry hopping this beer.the beer is light enough so that whatever i dry hop with will be the predominate flavour and aroma.

Grain: 10.1 lb. American 2-row
8.14 lb. Belgian Pilsner
1.01 lb. Wheat malt
1.01 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 88% efficiency
single infusion
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 12 Imp. gal.
irish moss-1tbsp last 15min of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: fresh slurry wyeast 1098
Log: ferment at 68 deg f
Carbonation: CHEERS
Tasting: later....just made it!
