Color:
12 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 37 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 9 lb. British pale
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
150° F for 60 Minutes. Mash out at 170°F for 20 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.035 7.5 gallons
Add the Kent Goldings where there is 60 minutes left, followed by 1 ounce of the Hallatauer at 30 minutes left followed by 1T Irish Moss and 1 ounce of Hallatauer when there is 15 minutes left. Cool via your favorite cooling method and pitch yeast at 80°F.
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: British Ale yeast
Carbonation: 3/4 Cup corn sugar and let condition for two weeks (mines in the keg)
