OG: 1.055 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 17 lb. 12 oz. American 2-row
2 lb. 12 oz. American Munich
3 lb. 4 oz. American crystal 60L
Mash: 74% efficiency
Mashed for 60 minutes single infusion @150°F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.049 13 gallons
2 Tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 90 min.)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (8% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (4.4% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: 1056 from brewery
Carbonation: Keg beer @ 25psi for 48 hours. Then turn down to 5 to 8 psi for serving.
Tasting: Ages nicely. :-)
