A Dry, crisp very tasty Lager!!!

4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 34 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 7 lb. German Pilsner
3 lb. Flaked rye
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash in @ 122 F. with 10 quarts of 137 F water for 30 min then add 6 quarts of boiling water to raise to 152 F for 1 hour
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.041 6.0 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1.0 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: WLP830 This yeast is one of the most widely used lager yeast in the world. Very malty and clean, great for all German lagers, pils
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.49 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 50°F
