Honey Blond

Easy drinking and brewing.
Light ale if you cant lager.
It still helps to brew in winter though leaving the thermostat at 65f or so.

Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.058 6.5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
1.0 lb. Wheat extract
2 lb. Honey
Hops: 0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
0.250 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
0.250 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: WLP 007 just because it sounds cool. Oh yeah it attenuates and flocculates well too.
Log: Primary for 7 days
Secondary for 7 more days
Bottle and condition warm for 7 days, then age as cool as you can for a month.
It really is nice, but next time I want to add some specialty grains.
Carbonation: Primed with 3/4 cup corn sugar
