Alcohol: 4.1% v/v (3.3% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. American 6-row
4 oz. Flaked corn
.5 oz. Oats (raw)
Mash: 70% efficiency
Grains partial mashed @ 150°F for 40 min then sparge with 1 gal 170°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.036 3.5 gallons
1.5 lb. Light malt extract
1.5 lb. Rice extract
Irish moss @ 15 min
Hops: .25 oz. Perle (8% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1007 German Ale Yeast
Log: 1 Week in primary
2 weeks in secondary
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 10.7 psi @ 35°F
Tasting: Haven't made this yet but tried a cream ale at local brewery and liked it enough to "formulate" recipe
