Mash: 78% efficiency
get smashed & mash
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.044 6.5 gallons
8 oz. Light dry malt extract
4 oz. Molasses
egyptian moss
Hops: 1 oz. Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: post road wild yeast
Log: only to be brewed on a full moon
Carbonation: add 1 alka-seltzer to each bottle
Tasting: god awful
