Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. German Vienna
.5 lb. German Munich
.5 lb. American crystal 10L
Steep: Steep the grains between 148 - 155 degrees for 45-60 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.094 3 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
A blah pounds of shredded apples for the last 5 minutes of the boil. And blah gallons of apple juice/cider
Hops: .75 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: Pacific ale yeast started in a starter about 24 hours before pitching
