5 lb. Pumpkin
Mash: 80% efficiency
i will be mashing 5 pounds of frozen pumpkins, munich, rolled oats and 2 row at a strike temp at 163 and mash at 150 for 60 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 5 gallons
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Amber dry malt extract
boil sweet wort, amber, light and hops for 60 minutes with 2tbps of pumpkin pie spices and 1 oz of vanilla extract at 10 minutes left of the boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.0% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: danstar nottingham
Log: 2tbps of pumpkin pie spices and 1 oz of vanilla extract in secondary
Carbonation: 5 oz of corn sugar
