Blackberry Weizen

This is a blackberry wheat beer. I'll be adding 5.5 pounds of blackberries to the secondary. Sadly I only have 4 weeks until I'm looking at entering the beer in a competition. This is my trial run beer before i make a second one with fresh blackberries.

Alcohol: 4.2% v/v (3.3% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Wheat malt
.5 lb. American crystal 60L
Boil: minutes SG 1.093 3 gallons
4 lb. Wheat extract
3 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1.3 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 9 min.)
