Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 10L
4 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.086 3 gallons
5 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Added Irish Moss for the last 15 minutes. Cooled the wort in an ice bath, put 2 ozs of of ID Carlson Apple wine flavoring during cool down.while cooling added 12 ozs of red hots and put a cinnamon stick
in the fermenter.
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (5.0% AA, 55 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (5.0% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (5.0% AA, 5 min.)
